Bud Blinick

Bud Blinick has over 38 years of experience in the Real Estate, Auction and Telecommunications industries. As the Midwest Director of Chartwell Group, LLC, Bud was involved in over $60 million in sales. He spent 19 years as the Senior VP of Sheldon & Good Company, the National leader and pioneer of the Real Estate Auction template.  He was a key contributor to its national growth, overseeing $300 million in auction sales throughout 30 states. As a Senior Director at RealTel, Bud managed a national staff responsible for site acquisition that executed telecommunications access agreements to over 12,000 sites. Bud also managed acquisition specialists and sourced new purchase opportunities such as shopping centers, office and industrial buildings as the Senior VP of Vision Realty Partners, further solidifying his Real Estate expertise.

In addition to management in the fields of telecommunications and Real Estate, Bud was an instructor for the Missouri Auction School, where he received his education. He has donated his services as an auctioneer, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for numerous charitable organizations.   Bud is a member of CASCO (Chicagoland Association of Shopping Center Owners) which is recognized by ICSC.  Bud is an active bike rider and hiker and enjoys visiting our national parks with his wife and friends.
