A Stand Alone offering is an auction where there is only one cell site offered at the specified date and time.

A Multiple site auction is an offering of a number of individual cell sites offered by various sellers at the same date and time.

A Portfolio Sale is an auction of numerous cell sites offered by the same seller. These cell sites may be offered either individually or as a package sale where one buyer purchases all the cell sites offered together.
